A Small Gathering in the Capital

Those who have tried to downplay the size of the crowd in Washington are drastically underestimating the significance. While maybe only one hundred thousand or so took the time and spent the money to go to Washington this past weekend, there are millions who feel exactly the same way.

However, it's probably to the advantage of the true Americans who want to preserve our Liberty and Freedom that the mainstream media and the Liberals are taking small notice of it. Come November of 2010 when millions turn out to vote they will see how Center/Right the country actually is.

Some Blacks Now Have Doubts About Obama

Ray658 Wrote: Sep 14, 2009 9:25 AM
Unfortunately there are some who are now trying to make this about race when it is not. It's about substantial differences in ideology. Many Americans from every ethnic background see the Obama Administration and the New Left Wing Democrats who are rushing to "Transform America" in to something unAmerican, as the problem not the solution. The Democrats won the election but they did not win the right to fundamentally change the Constitution via a Legislative takeover of basic American Rights.

Black America sees this just as plainly as does Brown America, White America or any other color of American. For someone who promised during the election to represent all Americans, President Obama is proving weekly that his real agenda...

One thing Liberals have done since their inception is to constantly try to convince us that we need "Saving" and that they are just the ones to do it. One of the ways they go about this scam is to inflate the reality of any so called problem until it reaches "Emergency Proportions" and sell the unwitting on the notion that it must be fixed immediately. However, if you look at their solutions they are always about getting votes and staying in power and not about solving the problem. Here's how you can tell:

1. The biggest if not the only problem with healthcare in America is cost. It's gotten too expensive.

Solution: As with any commodity the best solution for bringing down cost it to dramatically incrase supply. ...

Lilly writes: What this means is that if a man hits his wife in the face, breaking her jaw, if she has previously let authorities (the police or a hospital emergency room) know that he was abusive (eg last time he broke her nose or the baby's arm), medical assistance will not be covered by insurance. Could there be a stronger argument for universal coverage?

Your argument is exactly the type that has driven the support for this massive government takeover of healthcare right down the drain. Liberals like yourself Lilly always want to throw the baby out with the bath water. To scrap the entire healthcare system including health insurance because some husband, somewhere breaks his wife's jaw and their insurance doesn't cover it...

Tort Reform: Remedy or Red Herring?

Every time this argument comes up it's alwayS interesting to see how the Trial Lawyers make the claim that they are only interested in seeing to it that people are protected from the Evil Doctors. The insurance companies and "Evil Doctors" say they only want to be protected from the "Evil/Greedy Lawyers" and the rusult it ZERO ACTION.

How about a few facts instead of all this emotionally charged rhetoric?

FACT: There are far too many Doctors practicing who should not be. Some are prescription drug addicted, some are alcoholics, some just don't know what the hell they're doing and are careless.

FACT: There are far too many Ambulance Chasing Lawyers who's real motives are to make a fast buck by threatening law...

Ken is right about some doctors not being qualified to practice and making terrible mistakes. What he leaves out of course is that there are just as many Trial Lawyers who's only interest is working the system for their own personal gain. The difference is the Trial Lawyers fly the flag of "We're only here to protect the injured and mistreated" while they're on the way to the local Mercedes Dealership to pick out their new car.

Several states have enacted meaningful tort reform and it is serving both needs. People who are illtreated still have protection and redress while reasonable limits have been placed on real losses. One quick way to reduced frivilous law suits is to change the law regulating lawyer fees from 40% or more...

In the upcoming elections vote for a Wino to replace every Congressman and Senator as long as he takes an oath that he's not a PROGRESSIVE LIBERAL! At least that way it will only cost us the price of a cheap bottle of Thunderbird every day and he'll be too wooozie to pass any new legislation. Has it ever dawned on people that after 233 years we just might have enough damned laws on the books by now? Do we really have that many new problems crop up every year that we need new legislation to solve? Haven't we experienced just about everything once can run across during the past 233 years? The answer is YES so what is it with all this need for EMERGENCY legislation.

Well I'll tell you what it is. It's a burning desire by the...

The Gooberment telling me that they need more of the money I earn because I don't really deserve it and other people do.

The Gooberment telling me we don't need to spend as much money defending our Nation and that we need to spend it on illegal aliens and those who refuse to help themselves.

The Gooberment giving my money to organizations like ACORN so they can coach people on how to run illegal, underage prostitution rings and avoid paying taxes on the money they make.

The Gooberment trying to run businesses like Healthcare, Auto Manufacturing, Insurance like AIG, the Banks and anything else that suits them when they can't clean up the Post Office, Medicare,...

Now what are we going to do about it? Are we going to sit by and let Obama, Pelosi and Reid take away more of our rights and freedoms under the false prestense that it's good for us? Are we going to fall for this multi trillon dollar scam that we can insure everyone and not add to the cost? Are we going to continue to go along with increasing the National Debt and Budget Deficit by tens of trillions of dollars and see our kids and grandkids struggle all their lives to repay it?

Or are we willing to start paying attention to the "fine print" and telling those who are supposed to be working for us that we're fed up with this hoax and that if they don't stop it immediately there will be a new bunch in Washington come next...

Obama's rapid fall in popularity is directly proportional to the speed with which his true agenda is being exposed. As a candidate he promised everything the people wanted to hear at the time. He capitalized on the unpopular actions of President Bush but never rally revealed what his "Transformation of America" really consisted of. Without any specifics his smooth talk attracted a lot of followers. Unfortunately for him however, the majority of those new found followers were true Americans who still place a high value on real American Traditions. Things like freedom, liberty, justice, fairness, opportunity and prosperity still go over pretty well here in the Good Ole' US of A. Now that President Obama is attempting to Transform...
