Take a look at the military services. Promotion boards are a farce. The most qualified do not get promoted because they are too white. Results are thrown out and less qualified blacks are promoted. The military in increasingly black. Whites learn they don't have a chance against color. Now look at sports teams. They are mostly black, if affirmative actions was applied, there would be more whites. Affirmative action and quotas are unconstitutional no matter what the supreme court says. The court has become a farce where they decide what they want the outcome to be and then try to justify it. We need a revolution to reinstate our constitution and make us again a meritocracy with equal opportunity not guaranteed advantage for some.
