I recall this problem first showed up in the 2000 election. Deployed sailors based out of Jacksonville mailed their early ballots on time, but They were on smaller ships that did not have a US post office on board. The ballots arrived on time but lawyers for Algore didn't allow them to be counted because the mail wasn't offically post marked until the mail reach a landbases post office several days later. This is not an easy case to explain to the average voter but the administration is making it sound like they just want early voting for walk ins. They don't want anyone to make a connection that these military voters are a thousand miles away from the nearest post office that can legally postmark their ballots.

Along with that, the media announced the results that Gore won at 8:00 PM EST. The panhandle had another hour to vote. A professor did a study claiming that that cost Bush 15,000 votes because the panhandle is overwhelmingly Republican.

The media always tells us they don't release the results until the polls close. They must have just innocently forgotten this one time.

...and they are overwhelmingly against this Communist Regime.

The Obama administration and the DNC have filed a lawsuit in Ohio, frustrated with a new procedure in the state to allow only military to vote up until the Monday before election day. Fox News reports:

Top Obama campaign officials told Fox News in interviews that the lawsuit in no way tries to restrict the voting rights of military members. All they are trying to do is even the playing field for all voters in Ohio by allowing early voting up until Monday for everyone, including members of the military, because they believe a two-tiered, early-voting process...
