Biden: This Isn't Gun Control, It's Gun Safety

In DC last Sunday an 11 year old boy was riding his bike when he was attacked by 3 loose pitbulls. A neighbor retreived his gun and shot one of the dogs. While he was attempting to free the boy, a DC cop showed up to shot the other dogs. He also arrested the neighbor for violating DC handgun ban. Somewhere along the way, the boy was also shot in the foot. Wapo wouldn't state which shooter hit the kid so it's a pretty good bet it wasn't the neighbor. The moral of the story being, under gun control, don't come to anybody's aid. Just let them suffer until the "government" arrives.

Yes raverill, that is an actual event that occurred and now the D.C. tyrannical government system is charging that neighbor with illegal ownership of guns.

And you bet it wasn't the neighbor who shot the kid in the foot.

We have gotten so really really "whacked out" in our society and all of you have to do is read some of the horrifically idiotic posts from some of those left wing nut liberal trolls to witness how "whacked out" we have gotten

Put me on the jury.

Funny how the gun owner seems to be in more trouble than the pit bull owner. Shouldn't the gun owner be praised for protecting the child? I thought everything leftists did was for the children.

I would bet the child and the child's parents would consider the gun owner a hero. Too bad that idiot policeman(that policeman, not all) has sold his soul to the left

As Leah already reported, yesterday Vice President Joe Biden held a Google+ hangout so he could answer direct questions about new gun control measures being pushed by the administration. On top of saying shotguns are better to use if you want to hit someone, Biden also said the administration's new push isn't gun control but "gun safety." Biden also argued that because assault weapons aren't used often to kill people, they should be banned.

"It is true that the vast majority of gun deaths in America are not a consequence of the use of an assault...
