White Liberals Tell Black Lies about Civil Rights

Please...conservatives and republicans denying that there ever was a southern strategy is laughable. Yes the original racists former slave owners were democrats, but once Republicans saw an opening the south clearly switched. Why else do you think Reagan launched his campaign at the Neshoba County Fair near Philadelphia, Mississippi. He's an actor from California. C'mon. I dont care what Coulter writes in her book.

No group has suffered more under Obama than blacks whether looking at rates of unemployment, poverty, illiteracy or government dependency. THAT is Democrat paternalistic racist polices in action when it comes to race-G*d save us all from that kind of "caring". I'll take that of Republican policy that I have the identical rights you do because of my citizenship and your race and my race, your religion or my religion, your gender or my gender doesn't alter that and is IRRELEVANT -and most of all, that a life of productive independence is ALWAYS better for the individual than a life of slavery whether it is another person as slave owner or government as slave owner.

You're spouting ignorance on steroids, son.

(1) Reagan did not launch his campaign in Mississippi. He'd announced his campaign weeks earlier, and given other speeches as well.
(2) Nothing in the speech addressed race in any way.
(3) A single speech given in 1980 contains zero relevant information regarding race attitudes in 2013.
(4) Both parties campaign for southern votes in every presidential election in US history; are you saying it's evidence of racism to ask for a southerner's vote? Bunk.
(5) Ann produced a fair amount of evidence rebutting the claim you're making. It's clear you don't care what she says, but that just means you don't want to face the facts.
(6) Name five southern racist politicians who switched parties.

Democrats= slave owners, Jim Crow, KKK, lynchers, anti-civil rights, segregationists, Dixiecrats. Democrats NEED to hide their FILTHY, DISGUSTING history and do so by claiming it belongs to Republicans. It never can -because it isn't the history of Republicans whose founding principle remains the same all along: we all share IDENTICAL rights based on our shared citizenship alone. Democrats STILL peddle the identical soul-killing paternalistic racism they always have. As slave owners they insisted blacks were like children and they were "taking care" of them. Paternalistic racism is coated in the sugary poison of "caring" when it is really a statement of the SAME belief blacks are inferior, incompetent and irresponsible.

No, what's" laughable" is that you're representing your opinion as a fact once again.

Yes you don't care what the truth is

You are also very young

16 years is an eternity in politics and Reagan ran 16 years after the 1964 civil rights bill

So why did carter win the southern states?

You will believe what your masters tell you

Of course you don't care ... why bother with facts when the lies are all so comforting?

Liberals ignored my book Mugged: Racial Demagoguery from the Seventies to Obama throughout the fall. Now that I'm safely home from my book tour, they feel free to jabber on about their make-believe history of the civil rights movement with abandon.

In the hackiest of all hacky articles, Sam Tanenhaus, the man responsible for ruining The New York Times Book Review, has written a cover story in The New Republic, titled: "Original Sin: Why the GOP is and will continue to be the party of white people."
