Exposing the Essence of the Left/Right Divide

Isn't it interesting that any inclination, on the part of the folks that actually propel this country, to have an opinion as to how our money is spent seems to be labeled as "hate" or "hate speech". I suppose anything that gets in the way of the entitlement mentality is asking to be made a target for the left. How did government become the solution for all problems in a large portion of the populace. I know! It happened when we started taking taking 30% (or more) of our income as forced charitable contributions to doubtful causes. How about paying for roads, police, fire, water, with tax dollars and leave charitable contributions to our determination.
