...that makes freedom of speech important. Fools are free to publicly present themselves as what they are. Lest the rants of fools are believed, thinking people who seek truth must speak up or we'll find ourselves in an empire of lies governeed by fools. I think it's time to speak up with some urgency.

Attempting an fact- or science-based conversation with a liberal is akin to playing chess with a pigeon. They knock over the chess pieces, take a dump on the board, and then strut around the board victorious in their own tiny mind. Their founding faters refet to them as "useful idiots."
Easy question Sen McCain....the WH had him by the short hairs until the election was over.

Google "Vostok Survey" images and draw your own conclusions. Looks like the stage for a simultaneous spike in CO2 and temp is a rise in atmospheric dust levels for several thousand years prior to the spikes. I think we should be careful about pouring significant part of our economy into this rat hole.

Nice try. Romney presided over a state program and he has repeatedly said that states are the petrie dish to pilot new ideas that can be adopted by other states. Obamacare is a federal program. . . check it out. While I typically don't comment on science fiction concepts such as "cognitive dissonance" because they are, well, fictional, I would agree that it exists in your argument . . . that a state program and a federal program are the same thing and I understand your pain. I suspect that is a confusing perspective when you comment on a democratic republic from the viewpoint of a Marxist desiring central plannng and control.
