Chicago and most other urban (demonrat) areas. Interestingly, during the debate here, our then Gov. Jennifer Ganholm, used all the lame cliches: blood in the streets, Mich will be the new "gunshine" state, etc. to her credit she later was quoted in the Detroit Free Press as having been wrong on the issue.
