I dont see why newspapers should be entitled to those profits in the first place. After all capitalism is an evil scourge and profits are but a byproduct of said scourge. I feel they should just provide news coverage out of the goodness of their hearts. Its our human right to be provided with news, after all. I mean, we might have to ration the news if they cant figure out an appropriate business model, but hey whats the worst that can happen. Oh thats right libs and acorn would lose their cover fire. we cant have that can we! Bailouts for all i suppose.
