Wind Blows

My understanding is that the state of Texas cut the red tape for the owners of wind turbines to set up shop in West Texas. The Texas taxpayers aren't taken to the cleaners by subsidizing the wind farms. Also, the owners of the property are paid for the use of their land, land that is either stagnant or is being used simultaniously for growing cotton. If the wind farms fail, then the owners of the wind turbines eat it...NOT the TX taxpayers. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
I wouldn't trust either one of them. Trusting sources of entertainment for factual knowledge is a dangerous practice. It doesn't matter which one of them is right. The best way to form an opinion is to research the information available from reliable sources and THEN form an opinion based on that information. I am for tracking (F not T...I give up) because I know enough people that I trust who can give a detailed account on the process and the risk associated with the process.
