Just the dark cloud of Obamacare hanging over the heads of business is a deterrent to job growth. When it comes to taxes, anticipated effects can be nearly as detrimental as the actual tax. Business won't hire until they are confident what a given employee will cost them in taxes and benefits. Since much of the regulations for Obamacare are still unwritten, business are scared to hire new employees. Obama would probably realize that if he had any experience actually running something besides our economy into the ground!
