Actually if 19,000 people hadn't mistakenly voted for Pat Buchanon instead of Gore, then he(Gore)would have been President. Not trying to rehash that whole thing, it's just what happened.

Actually, if 50,000 Bush votes had not been invalidated by Palm Beach County Democrat officials who ran them through the "punch machine" while setting it to punch "Gore" (therefore double-punching the Bush ballots and invalidating them), the blatant Democrat attempted theft of the Presidency in 2000 would not have gone down as one of saddest chapters in the history of the Republic.
