Let’s see, the choice is Generals’ Petreus and McChrystal counterinsurgency strategy with an increase in troop strength to pursue a successful COIN strategy and boot Al Qaeda out of Afghanistan or “Generals” Joe Biden, John Kerry, and George Will counterterrorist strategy using UAVs and cruise missiles to strike what we believe to be Al Qaeda sites. I think I’ll put my money on Generals’ Petreus and McChrystal military expertise as the correct strategy or does our Commander-In-Chief believe this is above his pay grade to make an informed choice?
