I can see that the current administration doesn't know who qualifies for protection under OUR Constitution. Criminals (Americans) should be given the right to not incriminate themselves. When you are not an American Citizen, I don't see how you stretch the Constitution to cover them. This ain't Rocket Science. Only an Idiot doesn't understand that. I guess we made a big mistake and elected an idiot.

It is becomming more clear than ever that the Civil Rights movement change the term racist from white to black. The problem is that most blacks like Sharpton believe that he is not a racist and all whites are. All of my life I was taught to be considerate of all people regardless of skin color, but I believe that Sharpton can change that for me. I am white, but grew up on an Indian reservation. I was treated with respect, and did the same for others. I still believe that if you are an American, you can accept others for their beliefs, but it is becomming apparent that a lot of the Blacks believe we should move to the back of the bus. Go Michelle... Go You do great work and are one of the few people that has your hand on the pulse of America and for Americans. It appears that the Muslim in NY wants it both ways. Sharia Law is the law of the Church, and Constitutional Law is the Law of the Land. It is not different than the Catholic Cannon Law. It applies to those that want to use the Religious aspect. Sharia Law is no different and should not even be applied nor enforced when it is used to control any American... Muslim or not. The Constitution REQUIRES THE SEPARATION OF CHURCH AND STATE, and this Muslim desire to enforce any other law is not acceptable. Sharia Law is a law passed by a religious faction, and therefore does not follow our Constitutional Law, which provede for separation of Church and State. See comment above.

It has occured to me that this Muslim in NY City is playing both ends against the middle. He wants Shiara compliance... which is a Law enforced by the Muslim Bible (?), which is a direct violation of the Constitution, which gaurantees the separation of Church and State. On one hand he wants to use the Constitution for Religious Freedom and just forget the part that doesn't allow the Church to pass laws that govern the US Citizen which include Muslims. If they are in fact Americans and American Citizens, they have to be exempt from Laws passed by the Church. In fact if Shiara Law is accepted in the US, it directly violates the very foundation of our Constitution. The Shiara Law as they call it, can have no bearing on any US Citizen,...
