The State of California does not produce Medi-Cal Funded Delivery reports by illegal immigrants. In fact in 2004, 45.67% in total was the number of babies born from Medi-Cal funded deliveries. And where did she come up with 42.6%? That is just the start of it. I would go further but your ignorance will only try to bring me down. Check your facts, Americans.
