Point #7 about the liberal’s view of charity needs to be explored a little further. Many well-meaning, good hearted people support government welfare programs because they don’t understand that there is a vast difference between individuals voluntarily contributing to charities they believe in, and giving government the power to force us to give our money, decide how much we must give, decide who to give it to and how much each will get! Oh yes, and of course the government decides how much will be taken out to cover the costs of this new bureaucracy! People do this because they are extremely short-sighted; they see a need so they seize on the first solution that pops into their heads. That’s as far as their mental processes go....

1) Being Open Minded: To a liberal, this has nothing at all to do with seriously considering other people's ideas. To the contrary, liberals define being "open-minded" as agreeing with them. What could be more close-minded than assuming that not only are you right, but that you don't even need to consider another...
