The White House is all but admitting that they want Zimmerman dead. If anybody needs a gun to protect himself at the moment, it's Zimmerman.
Damning, smoking-gun proof against abortion practices? Do I hear an echo in here? Of course not. Stories like these are buried hard by the media and never heard from again. A REPUBLICAN PUTS A DOG ON A CAR ROOF HOWEVER, THAT'S SERIOUS BUSINESS!!!!!

If she wanted to ban Fox News, she should have at least added MSNBC to provide cover. She wasn't even smart enough to pretend a lack of bias. (This is a COLLEGE PROFESSOR mind you!) Bias like this used to be an exaggerated stereotype, but every year liberals are getting harder and harder to parody. Maybe it's intentional. Like building some sort of immunity to ridicule by falling beneath it.

Abraham Lincoln

It's tempting for conservatives to place Lincoln in the "Big Government Tyrant" category, but don't do it. Keep him in the context of his time. Back then, believe it or not, it was the states that held all the power, and the federal government that had to fight for scraps. Then the states became overconfident, abusive and arrogant (thanks entirely to slavery poisoning the well), and the federal government stepped in as a result of the states' failure to act responsibly on their own. The seceding states are depicted as the bad guys in the civil war because, let's face it, they were. However, NOW the roles are reversed. All the arrogance, waste, and evil today is coming out of DC.
I think hindsight will look at the Clinton, Bush, Obama trifecta as the infamous line of two-term failures, similar to the Fillmore, Pierce, Buchanan line. (And yes, Clinton was a failure. His foreign policy failure was not killing bin Laden, and his domestic failure was causing the housing bubble. Both failures exploded at the bookends of Bush's two terms, and we all know the Constitutional nightmare that is Obama.)
John Tyler was a great President. The Whig congress wanted to grow the federal government beyond its strict Constitutional bounds, and President Tyler strongly refused, despite belonging to the same party. It cost Tyler his political career, but he didn't care. I wish there was ONE Republican leader with his spine.

The Blame Righty Mob Falls Silent

My advice to Matthews, Piers, Maddow, Blitzer, and the rest of the media: Your usual silent treatment of leftist insanity is too defensive. The media should unite in claiming that Dorner was secretly a conservative. He obviously pretended to love liberals so he could make them look bad as he murdered people. It makes perfect sense from a leftwing ideological perspective. And if most of you say it at the same time, the low-information American public assumes that, well, you can't ALL be flat-out wrong. It's what you are obviously yearning to say, so just SAY IT. You control the dialogue! No one will question the questioners.

They should sell baby shirts that read "I survived a Democrat's pregnancy." A great baby shower gift for that Obama-voting mom-to-be.

Abortion by a married couple is even more reprehensible and inexcusable.
