In the Navy, on a ship, if members of the crew screw up and are not trained properly or deliberately do something wrong whether or not it came from the top, the CAPTAIN gets the blame and loses his/her job. With this administration, NOTHING is ever President Obama's fault and he never gets any blame, in his eyes. He is without honor and WE, the educated American people, know that. He has totally disgraced and soiled the Presidency of the USA.

I hope the Progs in Congress realize how damaging this will be going into the midterms and realize it's time to cut Obama loose. Of Course, with Joe Biden waiting in the wings, they might have to think twice but for the GOP, Ole Joe would be a blessing. He will get wiped out in 2016 if the GOP puts up a reasonable candidate.
