No. You really do not understand the difference between a simple thing such as an employee benefit, and socialism. Socialism is when grubrmnt owns industry, i.e., social ownership of the means of production. Supposedly, in socialism, every citizen has equal equity in...well, everything. So, the two do not equate. TRICARE, is an employee benefit provided for our military. It is similar to the health-care benefits a private sector employer might provide for its employees. Now, that isn't too hard for you to swallow, is it?
