I cannot agree with Janice Shaw Crouse's take on the latest TIP Report. Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton did well to shift the focus from going it alone to partnering with other nations in confronting the global scourge of trafficking. Human Trafficking is an evil that does not respect national borders, and self righteously citing our Trafficking Victims Protection Act rather than the historic U.N.-generated Palermo Protocol (2000) is not likely to promote international cooperation. - Prof Patt, http://gvnet.com/humantrafficking/
