I agree with you, American. Ransom does not.

Primus, evidently Fletch read it and it wasn't obvious to him since he listed four or five potential reasons. Am I a "theorist"? Well that depends on what the conspiracy is. Do I believe that the world governments have conspired to hide alien spacecraft and bodies from the public? No. Do i believe that the big banks conspired to rig interest rates in what is known as the LIBOR scandal? Yes.

Watch those "Italian last name" and "member of organized crime" references. It makes you look like some kind of right wing bigot. The two largest organized crime families in America are in Washington, DC. They are called the Republicans and the Democrats.

Since, a) it had nothing to do with the topic of the article, b) Rolling Stone is something less than the best news source, c) only a blithering idiot could argue that the case under discussion bore any resemblance to the vast majority of banks or bankers, d) it's contribution was about as cogent as posting the end of the movie Casino and then actually suggesting "it's exactly what happened" (LOL!). e) that the Obamafoons won't prosecute because their economic incompetence has done so much damage hardly supports the Left's case and f) that you got the implications of the article completely wrong (see a - e) just confirms what everyone suspected, there are so many legitimate reasons for the takedown...

Doc, it is not the banking system it is the elite helping the elite. goldman has a man running every european bank out there. They also push naked shorts to keep silver prices very low. Look at what Corzine did and he is still walking around. The small bankers and the mid level people are just working. The global banks like the Federal Researve and Goldman are the issues. The Fed destroyed all the small brokers after 9/11. They made sure only the large could survive.

No, in the Chitown boy's mind, "organized crime" is how he thinks of his buddies down at the local Union hall.

You are correct... he didn't say. Having not read the column or the link you posted, I can only assume the reason would be obvious if I had. Experience with Ransom vs Doctor Roy gives Ransom the benefit of doubt.

As to your thoughts on "organized crime", the word "organized" would imply conspiracies. Are you a theorist?

Oh, you didn’t hear the latest settled science.
