The 'New Normal' Christianity?

"FlamingLiberalMultiCulturalist" wrote that homosexuality shouldn't be considered a disorder,. as it has no ill effects. The main "effect" of sodomy is a greatly shortened life expectancy. The bottom line is that the men who subject themselves to sodomy have no respect for their body. The unnatural activities they engage in result in a higher rate of AIDS, Their disrespect for their bodies often manifests itself in more hard core drug abuse. Emergency rooms regularly see men come in with torn rectums. As they age, many sodomites can not hold their bowels. Does this sound enough like an "effect" for you? Also, sodomites don't reproduce - they recruit. God help the sodomite that tries to recruit one of my sons.

Mr/Ms preacher1611, It is difficult to probe your fixation on Anal Sex with a straight face. I see I'm already failing.

Many, many Gay people do not like Anal Sex. Many, many straight people do. Many men regard it as even better than getting a "Home Run" when they can persuade a woman to have Anal Sex with them. In fact, with heterosexuality so much more common than homosexuality, I'm confident that the vast majority of it at any point in time involves a man & woman.

I feel sorry for you, Flaming Dummy.

Your great discoveries are all horse c r a p. The vast majority of men is simply not open to your speculation. Anal is filthy in any setting. It doesn't take a wise man to see that. All mentally healthy men can see it.

As for judging what homosexuals do or don't like; STUFF it. Their vice is just that. A vice.

There's a difference between homosexual activity and being homosexual. Just being attracted to the same gender does not incur the negative effects you mentioned. Those effects are associated with sexual activity and this is activity that heterosexual engage in as well. Being homosexual is not about activity. It is about who someone is attracted to. You don't have to like or accept homosexuals. But some of the assumptions you have about homosexuality are simply not accurate.

Again I was referring to sexual activity not sexual thoughts.

But being a homosexual does not mean someone is going to engage in homsexual acts. Some do choose to remain celibate. In that context, would homosexuality still be a disorder as you've defined it?
Dreadnaught011 Wrote: Oct 26, 2012 12:47 PM

Yes; of course.

A male of any species, above all man; is equipt physically for loving the female of the species. Organs, hormones, and sex drive itself are directed to the opposite sex.

An opposed sex drive to this physically heterosexual one, is by definition disordered; sick.

That's all self-evident.

So my previous alerts to misdirected rage once again is, The homosexual is unfortunate. He's afflicted, as in Jesus' times lepers were sick and suffering unfortunates.

Homosexuals are the present-day lepers of society. We must always pray for their deliverance from the scourge of Satan. Not hate them. Much as we might think they deserve hate.

Even if diseases both treatable along with those to date that are not weren't transmitted by homosexuals such would never be a basis for considering this affliction as being some minor variation of 'normal' based upon 'preference'.

It does seem rather strange that those diseases find very comfortable homes in the bodies of men and women who engage in certain types of sexual behaviors though.

NBC's sitcom "The New Normal" isn't just trying to remake society for the Gay Left. It's trying to remake Christianity, which is to say, destroy it. For its October 22 episode, "The Godparent Trap," NBC ran promos with the gay character Brian in the confessional, and the priest sneering, "If you're not going to take this seriously, I'm going to go back to playing Angry Birds."

As the plot unfolds, we're told Brian was raised Catholic, and as he sits in a pew and looks around at religious pictures, he cracks gay jokes in his mind. He sees the Apostles:...
