Every Muslim you will ever meet is a member of a belief system--a complete way of life in which there is no separation of the sacred and the secular--that is antithetical to democracy and is unarguably incompatible with the U.S. Constitution.

That includes Dr. Zhudi Jasser of AIFD and that idiot Irshad Manji.

Jasser's pretense of a separation of 'political Islam' from HIS personal Islam is pure nonsense. That pretense is nothing more than his personal decision to ignore many of Islam's actual, written teachings.

Manji--a lesbian--knows what real Muslims in Muslim countries would do to her in accordance with the teachings of authentic, orthodox Islam.

Ever notice the idiocy of the name CAIR? The Council on...

What planet does this guy live on?

Has he never heard of the H2A visa (a numerically uncapped, non-immigrant, temporary agricultural worker program)?

Gimme a break?

And does he think all those students from the Southern hemisphere who work--seasonaly--in America's ski industry?

John McCain was similarly ignorant, as anyone who followed his um, uh, campaign knows.

Such 'diversity' programs, and the thinking that drives them, is are not the creations of Casey alone.

They come from even higher than Casey. They have been developed by presidential administrations, Secretary's of Defense, and Joint Chief's of Staff over the years.

Casey, like a good soldier, has taken his orders and carried them out without--I submit--neither the slightest idea what Islam is nor what it teaches.

His two sins are his slavish devotion to diversity--with its now obvious consequences, and even worse, his failure (and that of our politicians, journalists, police agencies, and military leaders) to take the time to learn--now eight years since 9/11--to learn why and how Islam is antithetical to democracy...

Well, did you know that non-Muslim American military guards at Gitmo are also required to don clean, white gloves before handling those taxpayer provided Qur'ans:

Didn't we use this tactic in the Philippines during a insurrection there?

Quite probably not.

You're fudging, Ollie. They're not 'radical' Islamists and you need to drop the pretense and call it like it really is.

They're Islamists. Literalists, to whom every word of the Qur'an and its companion texts is to be followed to the letter, from Karachi to Kansas City. Literalists intent upon the re-establishment of the Caliphatee and the imposition of Islamic law upon the entire world.

It's not their fault that we have refused to do our homework. It is to their advantage that our nation refuses to believe that authentic, orthodox Islam--a written ideology that any one of us can read, if only we would--demands that its followers (from Usama bin Laden--wherever he is--to Grandma Fatihma in Detroit) offer the rest of us...
Let's send that moronically irrelevant word--terrorism--to the dustheap; where it belongs.

We're NOT at war with terror. This is NOT a war on terror. And a jihadist's goal may not always--or even often--be to terrorize us.

We're at war with jihadists.

Jihad might well be terrifying to those who suffer through its many acts and variations, but c'mon, Doug, how electrifyingly terrifying is the stealth jihad about which Robert Spencer also writes; and one of its subsets--the money jihad.

As you righfully noted, and then immediately confused yourself and likely at least a few of your readers about--it's JIHAD. NOT TERRORISM.

If you think Malik Nidal Hasan screamed Allahu Akbar and shot those people merely...

So let us, from this point forward and forevermore, ban the phrases 'radical Islam' and 'radical Muslims' and 'Muslim extremists' from our national lexicon.

For those who have looked the other way, and continue to look the other way, do so, in great measure, because of those very, very misleading phrases.

"had nothing to do with his increasingly radicalized Islamic faith."

"in contact with a known radical imam in Yemen,"

There is no such thing as 'radical Islam' or 'radical Muslims' or 'Muslim extremists'.

Westerners, ignorant of what it really is and what it actually teaches, are confusing Islam (an ideology)--as written in Qur'an and Sunnah--with the behaviors resulting from an individual Muslim's personal degree of piety; degrees that vary from unquestioned acceptance (as Islam expects of every Muslim) to 'Muslim in name only' compliance. As the average Muslim's personal piety falls closer to the latter--making it the norm, today--we have erroneously concluded that the selective compliance driving their behavior...

Allahu Akbar (God is greatest)..not merely great...is a not just the warcry of jihadists.

It is a standard Muslim exclamation of adulation and unity.

Did you miss all of Allahu Akbars shouted at Keith Ellison's 2006 'victory' party?

Our national ignorance of Islam (what it teaches and its goals) would be laughable were its consequences not so dangerous.

Wake up America. The camel has made its way fully into the tent.
