Very good analysis of one of the two reasons Air America failed. The second is that liberalism (er...progressivism) is based on feelings, not facts. That works well in newspapers, magazines, television, movies, college classrooms, etc. where one can't answer back, but in talk radio the host has to engage callers in debate using facts. When you don't have any all you can do is use profanity and name calling. I've listened to Air America, but could never stick with it more than a few minutes it was so foul and disgusting. I'm just surprised they managed to survive as long as they did.

If Hopeychange has an ounce of integrity or humility (he doesn't), he'd "stun" the world by turning it down.

You're right dnha14, this truly does diminish the value of the award (though the value has been going down dramatically for many years).

I knew HopeyChange would be bad, but he's exceeded my wildest expectations. How can one man be so completely, utterly STUPID?! He's an economic moron. The banks have paid back almost all the TARP money, EARLY and WITH INTEREST. We have made a profit on that little deal with the banks. The auto companies, Fannie and Freddie on the other hand have not, and most probably will not pay back their share. But that's okay--as long as they continue to bow and scrape (and pay off) the Democrats.

The class warfare Obama is waging is stunning and the greed and envy he's using is disgusting. What a despicable man.

Hey, I've got a great idea. Let's mandate that everyone has to make a minimum of $250,000/yr. Then we'll all be "rich" and the Dems and President Hopeychange can tax us to death to pay for all their wonderful programs. Voila, problem solved!!

So far President HopeyChange has demonized "The Rich", oil executives, bankers, Wall Streeters and of course, Republicans (except Snow and Collins)...now, after a productive evening last night, he has widened the demonization net to include pharmaceutical company execs, doctors and police officers.

So glad we elected such a uniter.

Unfortunately, in this age of hopeychange, being overturned by the Supreme Court simply means that the Supreme Court must need to be "transformed" to keep that from happening again (at least in the view of the current dominant party).
