I'm pretty sure that if you want to find the CEO of Haliburton you need to go to their primary headquarters in Houston, TX. It's true they opened a secondary office in UAE primarily for travel reasons, but their presence in Houston is still major. Go ahead and pin a medal on Obama if you want, but you might ask him why he waited 8 months after they knew the location to do anything.
