Totally agree. His first rule, after cancelling all the negatives, basically amounts to: "Report nothing as a fact unless it's been stated by at least one person who refuses to allow the use of his name". C'mon, Hugh!
A lot of people in Chicago, even republicans, probably long for the (comparatively) good old days of the Daly machine, where you didn't have 16 murders a day.
