Actually an unbelievable statement and dismissed as campaign rhetoric.Little did we know what he meant and who these citizen soldiers would be,now the truth of his intention and whom he intended to be his private army is revealed.

Here is a little logic lets say since at 2 pm eastern time when the asian markets open and by the speficitity by Boehner of being by that time that without any logical plan to reduce our spending rates along with expanding our abilities to borrow which enables the US to continue its meeting of its obligations that the asian markets take a nosedive which rapidly spreads across the globe and eventually reaches America as our markets respond to other markets and people with their fortunes invested,the same people who America relies on to pay those unfair tax rates you know the evil rich in America,well suddenly they lose their fortunes in a dow meltdown and as a result America has no income due to the evil rich suddenly being broke,get it?

I think its telling that Harry Reid along with Nancy Pelosi were summoned also,probably a support mechanisim for a weak kneed President,the insistence for tax hikes is a non starter and refusing to cut spending has delayed the whole process,Speaker Boehner got fooled in the last agreement with Obama and he will be more cautious before any deals are finalized this time.
