Rick Perry. Can you get any dumber than this? Manchester, N.H. -- You might say Rick Perry courted the youth, but not the whole youth, in a campaign appearance at a New Hampshire college. Speaking at Saint Anselm on Tuesday, he appealed to students who will be at least 21 before Election Day to vote for him. As for those younger than 21, he merely asked them to work hard on his behalf. Doesn't he want their votes, too? It turns out Perry didn't know or had forgotten that the voting age in America is 18. The flub caused some whispers in the crowd.

accomplishments are not = to wisdom or knowledge. There's plenty of accomplished people that otherwise are brain dead. Take Rosie O'Donell, Brittney Spears or Jessica Simpson.

So you had no problem with Reagan tripling the National Debt, selling weapons to Iran or leaving office with a deficit almost the same as it is now as a percentage of GDP?

Rick Perry is still there. Amazing how Herman Cain and Rick Perry turned out to be less knowledgeable than Sarah Palin and Michelle Bachmann.
Good Luck Herman "I have not done anything wrong" Cain and Thanks for the wonderful moments of your campaign.
We put in place some short term stimulus plans in 2008, 2009, 2010 & 2011 but our long term economic policies haven't changed one bit since the 1980's.
Milton Friedman's economics works if you think America is not exceptional and is just another country and we should care more about workers in China, India and the third world than we care about fellow Americans. Getting rid of tariffs and expanding free trade has done two things. Over the short term it has given us cheaper goods on products made overseas by foreign workers mainly because labor is so much cheaper overseas but it has killed good jobs here at home especially for those with just a high school education.
That's our problem in a nutshell. Over the past 35 years only about 20% of our increased GDP has made it into the salaries of the majority of our citizens.
JJ Walker had Dy-no-mite Gary Coleman had "Watch you talking about Willis" Flip Wilson had "The Devil Made me Do it" now Herman Cain has "I Have Done Nothing Wrong"
