Susan, Join me in a Christmas journey. As many anecdotes of "secular humanists" that you have, I have 50 to show you ... no one will steal Christmas, no one will threaten it, no one steal it. Let's go. It is 3 PM on the eve. It becomes increasingly quiet. At 4:30 PM, just as the sun sets in most of the eastern part of the US, Catholic parents are taking their children to the Children's Mass. At 8 PM, there is a Teen Mass. And later, there is Midnight Mass. Shall we go Protestant? Well, sure. There are numerous services. And guess what? There is NO religion police forbidding these folks from worshiping. Sunrise services? Same thing. 9 AM services on Christmas Day? Lots. 10 AM services on Christmas Day. 11 AM .... Noon. (more

That “most wonderful time of the year” has arrived, and with it, most predictably, another round of attacks (yawn) by Secular Humanists doing their best to destroy the season by removing the Christ child from the crèche.

Yes, these are the same people who think goodness exists without God (with a capital “G”) and lose their free-thinking minds at courthouse displays of the Ten Commandments. Nothing against all the free thinking atheists out there, but what rational argument can be made against “Thou shalt not kill” or “Honor thy Father and Mother”?
