Funny you should say that. My ins. company sent me a letter saying I can change my individual plan if I want but only have a one month window in which to do it (Obamacare rules change soon, I guess). So I asked my Doctor for advice and he said exactly the same thing. Higher deductible, which may not bring down premium but is the best way to go in the long run even though I'm a 62 year old woman. He prides himself on keeping his patients out of the hospital. It's very confusing so I'm going to have his bookkeeper help me decide what to do.
