OK, I grant that he was once a lecturer on Constitutional law. BUT, just what did he teach? That the founding document needs to be replaced to something more in line with progressive socialist ideology? In my mind, that is undoubtedly TRUE!

Obama has said many times, on tape, that he regards the Constitution as a charter of negative principles. He borrowed that phrase from fellow progressive and the father of the "living constitution," Woodrow Wilson. Progressives don't like the limitation the Constitution places on government and political representatives. From what I have observed, liberals haven't let the Constitution get in their way, at least when they can get away with it....Roe v Wade, Obamacare, unelected czars...list goes on and on......
