It's high time someone wrote about how the little princesses and princes in DC are OUR employees there to represent us and not to lead us. The President should make suggestions and the members of Congress should argue a compromise to the benefit of their constituents. But unfortunately we have seen over the last several years how they, our employees, have lost their way and misunderstood what their jobs are.
Huh? A little incoherent to me. Can you say what you are getting at without running your ideas into one long confused sentence of anger?

Minimum wage raising is an illusion. Raise it and the ones who are paid that rate benefit for a couple of months. Then prices are adjusted up and these same folks are where they were before. Those making a little above that rate have lost their extra spending power so more people are struggling to get by. The only winner is the government as it can collect more taxes on the higher wage and on the higher prices that result from the cost of equalizing expenses.

As one of the sinus impaired folks, I could not get sinus medicine after the law requiring you to show ID. Between drug companies stopping production on some of their products and the meth cooks buying up what was left there wasn't anything for us who needed it. My state has already started requiring a prescription to purchase the drugs that provide relief. The problem is it costs a hundred dollars to go to a doctor for a script. Plus the pharmacies still can't keep the stuff in stock. Screwed either way.
