Did you not read the article earlier in the week (perhaps on NRO) indicating 90% is not necssary to build a bomb? The use of beryllium neutron reflectors reduces the required purity threshold significantly. Also, the bombs for Hiroshima and Nagsaki were less than 90%. The article also points out that most reactors that generate electricity require enrichment below 5%. So why is Iran building centrifuges, etc. that yield far beyond that level?
