Now, IMO, if they're this STUPID then they don't deserve to have guns, nor should they have them! Apparently, they're too moronic to realize the criminals are NOT standing in the buy-back line with them. There isn't ONE GANG MEMBER standing in ANY buy-back line to hand over their weapons! PEOPLE!
