Illegal-aliens are citizens of another country and are "subject to the jurisdiction" of their home country. Just because illegal-alien-tresspassers-invaders-or-with-overstayed-visas can be arrested-detained doesn't mean that they are subject to the jurisdiction of the USA ! Subject to the jurisdiction of the; USA, state, city, town, means that you are a legal citizen with "full rights and responsibilities" Illegal-aliens are foreign-nationals They have "limited rights and responsibilities" while unlawfully entering and remaining in the USA, without legal-authorization-permission. They are hordes of infiltrating-foreign-nationals, illegal-aliens, $ocial-anchor-babies-$ervices, criminal-gang-members, invaders !
