Wrong. How about educating yourself to the fact that removal of Saddam was the stated policy of the Bill Clinton Administration? How about educating yourself about the congressional authorization for use of force to remove Sadddam? There were 23 stated reasons for war to remove a rogue dictator who used torture and WMD (nerve gas) against Iraqis. Would you like to live in a wolrd where Saddam is still in power? Saddam government documents showed that he had every intention of rebuilding his WMD stockpile once freed of UN restraints which he was trying to do through the Oil for Food corruption. Now there is a democratically elected governemnt and growing economy in Iraq. It is not perfect, but it is no threat to its neighbors.

Now, I should qualify that question by explaining "mess" and "we." By "mess," I mean the dawn of Barack Obama's second term, the predictably catastrophic rollout of Obamacare, the exploding debt and deficit, the stimulus boondoggles, etc. By "we," I mean conservatives (particularly those, like me, who supported the war), but also anyone else who doesn't think Obama has done a bang-up job.
