As a Texan, my greatest concern is that the people who are leaving those commie states and moving to prosperous/well governed states are bringing with them their voting mentality. How long before they vote for the same environment they are leaving. Maybe you should have to fill out an application to move to a different state :) and not be allowed to vote for 10 years just to be safe. j/k

It is a real concern. As someone who has had to go where the jobs are, I can tell you from personal experience, that once the exodus starts, the Yuppies move in, develop everything that is not nailed down, then move on to the next greener pasture leaving nothing in their wake but strip malls, pavement, and suburbs that nobody can afford to live in. The area I live in now has had a 300% increase in population in less than 10 years and the locals hate it. I can't blame them.
