I see some wishful thinking in this column but, even if all the above are as illusory as the Hope and Change of four years ago, there will be: (6) We would no longer have a President who is worshipped as a god-king by prominent media and glitterati.

It is going to be a tough haul for Romney if he wins. The media will turn all its venom on him and it is going to be an uphill battle starting with the mess the Obama staff will leave behind, like they did when Clinton left office. I want to see more leadership from Romney, RIGHT NOW. talk is cheap, he needs to take over this campaign and move forward into specifics. He needs to meet each negative ad with....this is what you have now and this is what I am going to do to change it. No stumbling, no b.s. just 3-5 points that bullet the solution and if he can't do that he needs a V.P that can articulate those points. He needs a back up guy now that is first and foremost articulate with a plan.

Yeah, in fact we can expect a return to the constant irritating insectoid buzz of all the negative static the established pop media can generate. Bush Derangement Syndrome will come back in a Romney version, because Romney will commit the same crime-in-their-eyes Bush did: G.W.R.

The trick will be to disregard it, even call it out occasionally. Bush tried too many times to pander to it, but it's all about crippling a GOP incumbent & putting him off his game, not constructive or valid criticism. The pop media learned that with Bush like the Dems learned the endless scandalmongering strategy with Watergate.

Stop treating the pop media like they represent anything but the kleptocratic elite class.

we will also see a stop to stealing our money by a president who buys busses in canada, flies them and himself and his staff to make speeches against us and charges all this to us and then goes on R&R he needs because of all the hard work he has done.... and charges us with the cost of that vacation. he has no shame, he does not realize how angry we are at this kind of behavior, he spits in our faces.

busses = kisses. buses= transportatiion.

Far too much of the campaign season so far has revolved around trivia. That's largely Barack Obama's fault. Obama wants to see more of Mitt's tax returns. Who cares? Obama's rich, but Mitt's really rich; so we should hate him because he has more money than we do -- or something. After Mitt left Bain, some company went bust, some random guy lost his health care and later got it back, but it wasn't as good as it was at Bain; so Mitt killed his wife somehow or another? On the other hand, while Mitt's campaign has at least...
