""Nobody died in Watergate," McCain said. No, but plenty of people died in the aftermath... And Stevens probably knew too much, so he was sacrificed. Those that know say this was the case and why the stand down orders were given.

Watergate was a break-in of a political office, by the other political party! WHO DIED "in the aftermath???"

Republican Senators John McCain, Lindsey Graham and Kelly Ayotte just wrapped up a press conference where they called on Democrats to allow for a select committee to investigate the 9/11 attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, which resulted in the murders of U.S. Ambassador Chris Stevens, Tyrone Woods, Glen Doherty and Sean Smith.

"Nobody died in Watergate," McCain said.

Graham gave historical examples of past select committees, including the 9/11 attack and the war in Iraq. Graham and McCain also made it clear they have no interest in promoting UN Ambassador Susan Rice to Secretary of State.
