Lerner wasn't a rogue problem... Turns out she was at the FEC before this and was covering Obama's behind by not investigation his overseas election donations. The IRS gig was her reward for doing so. And her reward for her evil there? To help screw us over with ObamaCare. The only way O didn't know is that if he's that clueless and Valerie Jarrett makes all the calls without him knowing.
