Biofeuls are a scam. Ethanol is farless efficient than gasoline - the energy in 1.67 gallons of ehtanol is = to the energy in 1 gallon of gasoline. Ethanol is harmful to gasoline engines. Cold weather makes starting more difficult. However, most of all it is more expensive than gasoline and has driven up food prices. Cellulose as a source for biofuels is a long way from being practical. The EPA a waste of time and money, but the wrost problem is their bureacratic maize of ridiculous regulations. The agency should be dismantled and discarded.
