Sadly the old refrain BUY IT NEW.....USE IT OUT.......MAKE IT DO.......DO WITHOUT had its merits. Poor people saved money believe it or not earning a miserable 2% and never "spoiled" the interest. People worked and urged their children to study hard and someday they would be able to get a nice paying job and have their childrfen do their hoimnework in their room instead of doing homeworkj on the kitchen table after dinner was done.......remember?
