how is our govt beholden to china? They are more dependent on the US because their entire economy is bolstered by the fact they hold tons of US treasuries. By holding US debt they are artificially devaluing their currency,,thus making Chinese exports cheap in the US. We have them by the balls b/c if we stop selling them our debt they cant use it to manipulate the yuan.
