Mr Greenberg - Thank you for showing the young guys how MISANDRIST (anti-male) family laws get made. Some old guy in a legislative (or judicial) power position starts putting women on a pedestal. Next thing you know we have unjust laws things like Lifetime Alimony and No Fault Alimony (NFA) on the books. NFA means that a cheating wife gets alimony even if her adultery is proven in court.

Recently a whole gang of henpecked guys like you made a ruling in the Massachusetts Superior Judicial Court, that reaching the age of retirement does NOT end alimony for a payor. That means payors in that state can't ever retire and have to work until the very day that they die.

Great job Mr Greenberg! Congratulations.

What people used to call "Marriage" is now meaningless under new laws. No I am not talking about Gay Marriage. I am talking about No Fault Divorce laws. These have essentially:

1) Legalized Adultery
2) Legalized Alimony payable to proven Adulterers (sometimes lifetime alimony)
3) Legislate men to be kicked out of their own homes (and have an adulterous spouse's Lover move in the very same night)
4) Allow the divorce courts to steal innocent dad's children away from them.

Marriage as we know it does not exist anymore. It has been replaced by a legal construct that some call "Marriage 2.0" (i.e. feminist marriage). Young men shouldn't sign fraudalent documents such as the...

Is Marriage a Good Thing?

Mr. Nimocks hits the nail on the head by differentiating between:

1) How marriage was, and meant to be, since the time of Adam&Eve all the way up until our grandparents' time.

2) What marriage has been mutated into thanks to legislative tinkering by various special interest lobby groups such as Radical Feminism, Divorce Industry, Cultural Marxists, etc. These types of legal tinkering which mutated the institution of marriage include: no-fault divorce, decriminalization of adultery, NF-Alimony i.e. cheating spouses still qualifying for alimony, lifetime alimony, laws that reward paternity fraud and stick it to the duped-'dad' fraud victims, etc.

It may be useful to distinguish between these two types of marriages by...
