There is a big difference between rocket science and climate science. In rocket science the engineers are working with man made stuff which is predictable in climate science, one is working with God made stuff which is unpredictable. When something is unpredictable, it is difficult to have a solid answer to a problem. THe sun changes it's output constantly, the magnetic field of the earth not only changes intensity but also position (which screws with compasses) both of which alter the amount of energy hitting the earth thus changing our climate.

Climate experts from United Kingdom’s National Weather Service told the world that while is was not unusual for pauses in global warming that last for a decade to occur once every eighty years or so, there was no way that one could last for 15 years or more according to their climate model.

Oops. Their mistake, I guess.

Maybe that’s why when the United Kingdom’s National Weather Service updated their data and it showed that global warming has been paused for the last 16 years, they remained mum.
