There are 2 kinds of people who vote for Obama--committed Leftists and others who don't know better, which are you?

The Greater of Evils

The ideologies of Leftism demand expanding government. The success of Leftism into the US over the past century has drastically reduced the sovereignty of individual citizens, as government encroached on individual rights. This reduced self-reliance, which led to greater government dependence and greater acceptance of Leftism (Socialism). It's going to be a hard rat to eliminate, but the route to doing so is to shrink government, and the way to do that is to cut off the supply of money to the government.

Without doubt, this is the most critical election in the history of the US. It is the point where we can begin to fight encroaching Leftism with a traditional American as President, or continue with an activist Leftist in the White House. If Obama wins, the House of Representatives will be all that stands between the American people and outright Socialism. Leftism is a religion of evil--they hate Americanism and American values. Americanism is all that stands in the way of their ambition to establish a new world order in social democracy.
People will change presidents when the crisis and disaster is the incumbent.
So you don't have a stake in the outcome of the country, and another 4 years of Obama is OK with you as long as you have proper respect from another voter?

'Cooling Out' the Voters

"Cooling out" the average American voter doesn't require much talent. At least half of the people think everything is normal and that we are on the way to a strong economic recovery, and that Obama is honest. Until the Dollar reaches the end of its run this insanity will probably go on. When the credit disappears, so will the parade of fools.
Very good article. It states well our problems. The people are shallow and weak and we are living on borrowed money. The party won't stop until the money (credit) runs out. We have no leadership and, apparently, no will of the people to have any. Even if Romney wins, he will hit a wall of protest if he tries to do anything that reduces the freebie stream. What can we expect? At least we have Europe to watch for a preview of our outcome. Disaster is an excellent teacher, and we have lots of teaching coming.
