I had never watched Fallon when he was on his late night show. After trying to watch one of the show after he took over for Leno, it was one of the worst shows I have ever tried to watch. No humor, nothing but juvenile attempts at being funny. Then another time I tried to watch a segment with a popular liberal and afterwards, have not watched his show again. It is nothing more than a propaganda outlet for NBC to try to rehabilitate people like Williams and Dunham. The problem is that neither one needs Fallon, their fellow entertainers will go to bat for them and do anything necessary to deflect their lies as truth and her show as being an example of a "liberated" woman. DSMike is on point. Lying about important things is a badge of honor with liberals and Williams lie about being under attack and Dunham and her rape charges only adds to their liberal creds.

Why is anyone surprised at the revelations from Gruber? This has been the norm from the beginnings of America and until this country draws its last breath as a republic, it will continue. No matter if the elitist intellectuals are liberal or conservative, they will always be convinced they know what is best for all of us who are not members of their closed society and closed it is. As much as I admire William F. Buckley, do you think for one moment he would sit down with an ordinary American and have a discussion with them without showing disdain and displaying his "superior" intellect? His adversary, Gore Vidal, was not just an adversary, he was his equal on the opposite side of the same elitist coin. The reason I admire VDH is that he apparently has not been one to "talk down" to others who are not as well read or on the same intellectual level as he is. Politicians, especially Obama, count of the "stupidity" of MOST voters. What we forget is that Obama did deal with people on the street when he was a community organizer in Chicago. He saw first hand how easy it could be to manipulate a crowd and as a result, he used his experience to fool the "stupid" voters in 2008 along with "white guilt". It usually takes the public some time to understand when something is wrong. I am not speaking of the actual "stupid" voter, I am speaking of the voter who is intelligent but uninformed and doesn't have time to spend reading every word in a bill because they are too busy taking care of family and doing the right thing. The problem is that by the time they do reach an understanding that something is not right, as a general rule, it is then too late. The damage has been done. Now that the Obama experiment is drawing close to the end, we must remember that a wounded and cornered animal is at its most dangerous. Do not expect Obama to back off or even compromise unless he gets what he wants out of it. He will go down fighting and he will continue to have the support of his most hardened supporters.

Thank you for your service. My older brother was in Vietnam twice, once before the expansion of the war took place and again as it was starting to grow into what it eventually became. We were winning the war and any competent thinking person who knows and understands the history of our involvement will agree. When Walter Cronkite returned and declared that America could not win and was losing did the tide truly turn against us because of one man's influence over the broadcast news at the time. Most do not realize that this man did not care much for the average man or woman on the street, he relished his role and in private moments with his fellow liberals would he make disparaging remarks about those outside his circle. Once again, thank you for your service.

Unfortunately, when the leader is incompetent, whether it is a country, business, or even a sports team, failure is the end result 99% of the time. Only when the leader can be bypassed or usurped by ones who are competent will a country, business, or any other enterprise be able to endure and survive incompetence in leadership. Obama is the poster child for incompetence and truly an example of Peter's Principle. He met his Peter's Principle moment when he was elected to the Illinois senate, well before becoming a US senator. The problem is that the flash overwhelmed substance and a gullible America whose fascination with celebrities and stars voted with shallow thinking and reasoning. They fell for the same rhetoric so many other countries have fallen for and are now paying a high price for "feel good" moments.

One wonders why someone who promised so much has been able to accomplish so little unless one considers the passing and semi-implementation of ACA an accomplishment. So far, the only ones who are pleased with Obama are the ones whose benefits have increased but the ones who must pay are not pleased. The wealthy 1% of liberals and Democrats are pleased because their white guilt has been assuaged by the twice elected black president who made history. We forget that JFK also made history as the first Catholic president to ever be elected along with the fears that the Vatican would be dictating the White House on police, foreign and domestic. Yet, we have a black president who is responding to the dog whistle issues that will please the ones he wants to please the most. He has successfully turned the law of the land upside down and the border issue, has emasculated the laws completely. The law Bush signed in 2008 was intended to protect children from sex trafficking and allow them a chance for a better life, the law was not intended to be used for what it is being used for now. We have abandoned our allies in favor of enemies of Israel; have drawn lines in the sand that a mild breeze of resistance or defiance completely destroys; we have placed meaningless sanctions on Russia and as a result, Russia's influence in the world has suddenly mushroomed into one that equals or betters ours. Anyone believing the European Union nations will turn their backs on Russia is totally naïve or are blinded by the brilliance and intellectual genius of Barack Obama. Our economy is mired in one of the longest recoveries in US history and is in danger of exceeding the one Japan endured when their economy almost collapsed several years ago. Underemployment, long term unemployment, and once productive members of the work force have dropped off the roles and as a result, we have an unemployment rate that is adjusted to show a positive instead of the negative it really is. The 1% who control the financial markets and who are the main beneficiaries of the Wall Street resurgence are no longer in touch with Main Street and the inflated DOW is a direct result of companies engaging in borrowing and purchasing their own stock which in turn produces high stock values but the high value is based on borrowed money which will have to be repaid at some point. The time is coming closer for an accounting and when it arrives, then we will know if America will be able to survive.
This is the most hair brained move by Republicans I can recall. To sue Obama at this point, months before the elections is totally dumb and it will backfire big time. I want a Republican controlled congress after the November elections so Obama cannot do any more damage but this just may push the voters a little too much and they will retaliate. His supporters will come out in droves to be sure to re-elect Democrats and put more in office to stop this stupidity. Damn, Republicans in Washington must practice standing in circles, firing loaded guns at each other. Dumb! Dumb! Dumb! Concentrate on winning the upcoming election, not suing Obama. It will backfire.
If we haven't realized it by now, this administration has moved into the sacred realm where they cannot be touched by anything. They can deceive, lie, harass, subordinate the civil rights of conservatives, circumvent the Constitution and the law, and the media along with the entertainment industry will do or say anything necessary to defend or provide cover for their actions. America no longer has a legitimate and honest news industry. The partisanship by the MSM is palpable and it is evident by the lack of legitimate investigative reporters who are willing to find and actually report the facts. Instead, they will find just enough to write a story that contradicts anything that may be negative about Obama and his administration. By his administration, I am referring to Obama all the way down to any individual who works for the federal government and most other governmental agencies whether they are federal, state, or local. It is what this country has become and the change is here to stay. Once the acorns are free and one doesn't have to bother to even gather them, if anyone believes for one moment they will vote for anyone who will stop delivering the free acorns, you need to really examine what is going on out there.
What else can you expect when Democrats are oversampled in a poll? This is old news already and the ones running scared because of another bogus poll need to stop and do some research before declaring the sky is falling for Walker.
I am shocked I tell you, shocked to the core of my being. This cannot be true because Obama told us ACA was a resounding success and touted the number of enrollees. How can this be, how can it? Someone must be playing with the numbers, yeah, that's it, some conservative operative is screwing around with the numbers for political purposes. Folks, don't believe this report for one moment, the numbers are simply wrong. Believe Obama! I have witnessed it myself recently while at the shore. The ocean levels did drop while I was standing there and it wasn't long before we could see the barnacles on the pilings on the piers all along the shore as far as the eye could see. Someone told me it was simply the tide going out but I know better, Obama did cause the sea level to drop. No thank you nurse, I don't need my meds tonight.

Unfortunately, you are absolutely correct. The GOP has become the most self-destructive political organization possible and they refuse to come together and agree on the important issues but prefer to stand in a circle, shooting at each other until no one is left standing. Barring a miracle, Democrats will retain the Senate and depending on how much more damage the GOP will do to GOP candidates, they may gain a few seats in both houses. In the current political atmosphere, it is entirely possible.
