I'll go one further, under the guise of civil liberties, them and there organizations, (which have layers of additional sub-organizational spin-off corporations some of which are for-profit, have a seemingly purpose of trapping the impoverished in the ghettos with so-called government programs and how to beat the federal requirements to take advantage of many of them. why would they do that..... maintaining a liberal voting bloc .... and all this while they cheat on taxes, and collect big salaries of over a million dollars a year and IRS accountability of reported 125,000 (Al Sharpton tax problems).
