st lucie county had a 156 percent turnout of register voters. so for all the slow thinkers out there, if for example ,a hundred people register to vote and after the ballots of register voters are counted a total of 156 votes have been cast. some were 56 more votes were cast then registered. some one has made a large mistake and the courts will find out soon.
