Let Bloomberg or a family member throw out a disc, or break a bone, or experience some other painful injury and see how quickly he'll come up with pain killers. New York, where did you come up with this guy?

I prefer the disc. Let it go undiagnosed for a month. Then he can got to a ED and the doctor can assume he is just looking for drugs and let him suffer. I've seen this precise chain of events thing occur.
